Ingredients:
- 2 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp Cooking oil
- 0.42 Cup Water
Directions:

Mix the flour with salt, sesame seeds, and an egg.

Add some water to it and mix. Knead it until it forms a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Knead the dough a little and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll it out on the board. Fold it in half and cut it.

Again fold it in a half and make small cuts but don't cut through the dough.

Flat-it to straight and fold it as per the video.

Pour a bigger amount of oil into a frying pan. The best temperature for frying is about 130 ° C (265 ° F), not too high. Medium-low heat, otherwise it will be easy to burn.

Fry them until golden brown. Enjoy!
